1、应香港贸易发展局邀请，组织会员参加了2009年1月5-8日的香港国际文具展。
To accept invitation from Hong Kong Trade Development Council, the Association organized members to visit Hong Kong International Stationery Fair which was held on 5-8 January 2009.

2、2009年3月18-24日我会组织商务考察团前往中国宁波和上海，参加2009宁波国际文具礼品博览会及拜访上海工业品批发市场新址。此行的目的是考察当前中国文具及办公用品市场的形势，新产品情况。在宁波期间，我团与中国的同业座谈，参观了7家有名的工厂，扩大了商业网络和加强合作。
The Association organized a Business Mission to Ningbo and Shanghai on 18-24 March 2009. The purpose of the Mission is to visit The Shanghai Stationery & Office Supply Purchasing Centre (new centre) and China International Stationery & Gifts Exposition (CNISE) 2009 which was held in Ningbo on 20 - 22 March and visit some factories. The Mission gave members a comprehensive insight and better understanding of the current China stationery & office supply market.

3、今年世界书展于5月29日 - 6月8日假新达城会展中心401-404展厅举行。同往年年一样，报业控股划出一个文具区给我会，并提供会员优惠价每展位$2000。
To accept warm invitation from Singapore Press Holding Chinese Newspaper and Marshall Cavendish Business Information Pte Ltd, the Association participated the World Book Fair 2009 which was held from 29 May to 7 June 2009, at Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre Exhibition Hall 4.

4、印尼文具公会于2009年6月18-22日在印尼雅加达世界贸易中心举办印尼文具礼品暨玩具展，我会会员也积极参展。
To participated Indonesia Gifts, Stationery & Toys Trade Show on 18 – 22 June 2009 which was organized by Indonesia Stationery Association.

5、马来西亚文具书业联合总会成立二周年联欢晚宴
To attend the 2nd Anniversary Dinner of The Federation of Stationers And Booksellers Association of Malaysia on 27 June 2009.

6、应日本有关方面的盛情邀请，本会于2009年7月5-10日组织商务考察团前往日本东京参观亚洲最大及最重要的国际文具及办公用品展ISOT2009暨第四届日本国际商用礼品展 GIFTEX2009。此行我团共17名团员，总务王兴春先生为团长。我团受到日本方面的热情接待，本会顾问黄坤先生和团长王兴春先生代表本会在开幕式上台剪彩，整个开幕式非常隆重。之后，来宾们都被带到贵宾室听取日方介绍整个展览会的情况。在那里，我团也向日方赠送了纪念品。当晚 ，我团被邀请出席大型晚宴，晚宴上日本文具协会举办了颁奖礼，奖励给本年度日本文具界杰出文具设计和创意文具设计的公司和个人。此行为团员提供一個广泛及深入了解日本最新办公文具及礼品市场的潮流和走势，交流联络,寻找商业伙伴，建立商业联系，拓展商机的良好机会。团员们也非常满意考察的结果。
The Association organized a Business Mission to Japan on 05-10 July 2009. The purpose of the Mission is to visit Asia’s largest and most important trade fair for stationery and office products - International Stationery & Office Products Fair Tokyo (ISOT 2009) and 4th International Variety-Gift Expo Tokyo (GIFTEX). The Mission helped members keep abreast of the latest market trends in stationery and high quality gifts. It was good opportunities that offer members a variety of ideas and new products to strengthen business!

7、2009年香港书展于7月22-28日在香港会展中心举办。香港贸易发展局特邀我会会员前往参观，并提供每家公司3晚香港酒店住宿和免费入场。今年是第20届香港书展，也是本会第5次被邀请参展。新华书局、玲子传媒和音乐书城等公司都积极参加。今年香港书展成绩不错，香港图书馆和中大也采购了新加坡出版的图书。
Hong Kong Trade Development Council invited our members to HKTDC Hong Kong Book Fair 2009 which was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 22 to 28 July 2009 and they offered each company 3 nights hotel sponsorship and free admission badge.

8、新加坡文具礼品展于8月19-21日在新达城进行。今年邀请了贸工部长林勋强先生出席剪彩仪式。本会主席成泰忠先生也将与部长会面并一同出席剪彩仪式。今年参展商将获得50%的政府津贴（IMAP）。与往年一样，本会配合展览公司和礼品公会，使展览顺利进行。
The Association co-organized Singapore Gifts & Stationery Show which was held at Hall 401, Suntec Int’l Convention and Exhibition Centre on 19 – 21 August 2009. This year we have a record participation from Thailand 35 companies and Malaysia 15 companies through our close co-operations to attract more regional and international buyers to SGSS 2009. It was an opportunity to check out these foreign companies who are here to show you something that could be your next winner.

9、应汕头文具协会、广州文具协会和亚太文具行业联盟的邀请，我会于2009年10月13-18日组织商业考察团前往中国汕头和广州，此行共有19家公司25人参加。在汕头期间，代表团参观当地著名企业，参观首届汕头文具博览会，出席了汕头“中国文具生产基地”揭牌仪式庆典和亚太文具行业联盟年会，与来自汕头，广州，北京，宁波，台湾
和马来西亚等地的商人进行互动交流并建立广泛的商业联系。在广州期间，我团拜访广州文具行业协会，参观谊园ABC三馆的副会长级的商家店面和参观工厂。广州文具行业协会特地为我团设晚宴款待，其会长、副会长和主要理事都出席晚宴。朱林威会长致欢迎词，我团团长王兴春先生、会务顾问许统钟先生和副会长吴新民先生等也先后发言。晚宴上，我团与广州文具行业协会互赠纪念品。宾主们互换名片，相聚盛欢。我会特为本次考察团印了团员名册作为资料带去交流，深受欢迎。
The Association organized a Business Mission to Shantou and Guangzhou on 13-18 October 2009. The purpose of the Mission is to visit Stationery Associations, Manufacturers, 1st Shantou Gifts & Stationery Fair and attend the APSA Annual Meeting. The Mission will give members a comprehensive insight and better understanding of Shantou & Guangzhou’s stationery & office supply market and to build up biz relationship with stationery & office supply manufacturers and companies from Shantou, Guangzhou, Beijing, Ningbo, Taiwan and etc.

IE Singapore (IE) has approved our Association’s application for iMAP support and DTD support for the Mission. In principle, IE provides up to 50% support for economy airfare and hotel accommodation per participating company.

10、由法兰克福展览（上海）有限公司主办的中国国际文具及办公用品展览会于2009年11月11-13日在上海进行。法兰克福展览公司盛情邀请本会组织会员前往参观和商业洽谈，并提供优惠条件给本会会员。我会代表团共17人前往上海，在正康乐韩万光先生的带领下圆满完成此行任务。

2、本会訂于2010年3月17-23日组织商业考察团前往中国义乌，宁波和上海。此行将为团员提供一个广泛及深入了解义乌，宁波和上海文具礼品市场的良好机会。在义乌期间，代表团将参观义乌商品城，拜访义乌文具协会及义乌商品城委员会。之后将前往宁波出席宁波国际文具礼品博览会，与当地著名企业及贸易集团公司会面，最后将前往上海拜访上工批。通过此次考察建立广泛的商业联系。
本会已向新加坡国际企业发展局申请为本次考察团提供“国际市场促销活动计划IMAP”财务资助，并获得该局原则上之同意。凡参加考察团的本地公司其中一名公司代表可获得最高不超过50%的机票与住宿费津贴。
The Association will organize a Business Mission to Yiwu, Ningbo & Shanghai on 17-23 March 2010. The purpose of the Mission is to visit Stationery Associations, Manufacturers & 2010 Ningbo Gifts & Stationery Fai. The Mission will give you a comprehensive insight and better understanding of Yiwu, Ningbo & Shanghai stationery & office supply markets and to build up biz relationship.

3、104届中国文化商品交易会暨中国国际制笔文具博览会将于2010年6月10-12日在上海新国际博览中心举办。
这个展会是由中国百货商业协会、中国制笔协会主办，中百协（北京）会展有限公司承办的中国文化用品商品交易会作为唯一的国家商务部重点支持品牌展会，是当今中国历史最久、层次最高、规模最大、到会采购商最多、成交效果最好、信誉最佳的大型文具交易博览会，是亚洲最具影响力和吸引力的文化用品供求互动平台；是中外商家交流信息、展示品牌、洽谈贸易为一体的综合性盛会，代表与展示了当前中国办公文具生产水平及企业发展情况。
应中国百货商业协会上海公司的盛情邀请，我会将于2010年6月9-12日组织贸易采购代表团前往上海参观展会。
The 104th China Stationery Commodity Fair will be held in Shanghai from 10 June to 12 June 2010. The Fair is the largest and the most important exhibition of stationery in China. It supported by Ministry of Commerce P.R.C. It will expect to attract 2000 exhibition booths and 1000 enterprises from China, Europe, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan etc. This is a unique and useful business platform no to be missed.

5、新加坡文具礼品展于8月18-20日在滨海湾金沙举行。
The Association co-organized Singapore Gifts & Stationery Show which will be held at Marina Bay Sands Singapore on 18 – 20 August 2010.

6、2010年11月15-17日组织代表团前往马来西亚出席亚太联盟第四届年会暨雪隆文具書業公會歡慶38周年紀念晚宴
To organize a Business Mission to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 15 - 17 November 2010.
